Kenny Smith

Kenny began his career in the title industry in 1984 and learned the key processes to examination of title including chain of title search, abstracting, and examination. After honing his skills over the next decade, he took on the position of Plant Manager for a title company in Houston, Texas. Kenny was given the opportunity to further his career and accepted a promotion that took him to Arizona. He built a centralized title plant providing title services in 5 different states. Kenny remained in Arizona and advanced to a Chief Title Officer and National Commercial Title Officer until 2013, when he relocated back to Texas. In May of 2016, Kenny accepted a position as Director of Title Operations where he led a multi-county title plant operation that provided examination services in both residential and commercial services.  Kenny has over 30 years of title and escrow experience in both residential and commercial transactions and can help underwrite most all transactions.
